This season is very cold and needs extra care as our skin and body than usual. Women’s skin is very sensitive, hence needs extra care and a lot of attention. Here we give you some very good and useful natural skin care tips, which will keep you glowing and energetic throughout the cold winter season.

• Stay away from stale, fried foods, animal fats, and heat-processed vegetable oils.
• Always consume fresh warm food with little fat like ghee or olive oil during winter, as these lead to weight gain.
